Graaf (Governor Cape Colony) 1791 [the correct spelling is van de Graaff].
This mountain known as Tsoie by the Xhosa people in the Eastern Cape, is in the Mankazana Valley. Named in honour of Sir Harry Smith, who was Acting Governor at the time he climbed it.
