- Abstract
- This skirt is made with multi-color textured velvet fabric that has sequence details. The waist band is made with black cotton and has a small velcro closure. The inside of the skirt is lined with an undergarment skirt that is made with muslin that is gathered create volume in the hem. The skirt velvet has two layers that are both gathered on of which is attached to the velvet skirt. The length of the skirt is 88cm and the waist measures 60cm making it suitable for sizes extra small. The skirt is quite heavy due to the lining that has gathers. The booth of the skirt includes lace and pom-pom details.
