This digitised archival document records the Rhodes University graduation ceremony held on Friday, 10 April 1992, at the 1820 Settlers National Monument in Grahamstown. The nineteen-page programme identifies university officeholders, outlines the ceremonial proceedings and records the conferral of an honorary Doctor of Science degree on Brian Robert Allanson. It lists graduates across the Faculties of Science, Social Science and Pharmacy, including undergraduate, honours, master’s and doctoral qualifications. Postgraduate research covers mathematics, geology, fisheries science, aquatic ecology, biotechnology, conservation, psychology, social development and pharmaceutical sciences.
