Red Chinese Jacket, also known as a tang suit, is made with a cotton-blend fabric and is lined with linen. The jacket is quilted vertically with half circular pockets and includes a Chinese collar and tie-up strings as a closure. The tang suit measures 66cm in length and has a shoulder width of 49cm. The jacket is suitable for sizes Small. Did you know? The Tang suit can be traced back to the Qing Dynasty in Northeastern China, specifically in Manchuria. The garment is unisex and is worn to celebrate Chinese Traditions. Condition: Good with no visible staining or tears, This is an item from the Post-Graduate Wall, meaning item has been bought or made for a Post-Graduate production. The item cannot be destroyed or adapted as the costume is meant to be preserved following the project.
