The song tells the story of a certain man who was given a pig to look after. He failed to do so properly and was warned that he would be beaten for his negligence. "Arap" means "the son of". The two note chorus is typical of many Kipsigis songs. Topical song with Chepkongo 6 string bowl lyre, laced.
