The words of such a song sung to the Cheche lute are usually impromptu and frequently meaningless. The words of the dance are broadly translated, "Let them speak about you, let them have their say." The Kwaya/Jita people live on the South East of the Lake Victoria Nyanza and are neighbours of the Sukuma to South. Ndongo dance songs for men and women, with Cheche 1 string bowed lute.
