In 1949 there was a disturbance in Uganda caused by a group of people known as "Bu". In the singers opinion they should not have been arrested as they caused no damage and carried no weapons. She was at the the coronation of the Kabaka (king) and saw the preliminary ceremonies, she sings. The "Bu" it was suggested was shrot for 'Buganda' and the Ganda people.
