Description / content note: "The headquaters of our dance team are here at Gwero and we are going to sing the song Sodom", was the introduction by the young leader. "There was a fire in Sodom." This has been a popular dance since 1927 or thereabouts. The dancers alternately sing openly and sing through their Lipenga horns. How the subject of Sodom and its destruction came to be chosen as a dance motif is a mystery. Maganda dance (Part 1) with 12 Malipenga singing horns.
