Photocopied album cover and booklet of the recording "Blue Notes for Mongezi". "This music was recorded in London. It is the spontaneous tribute of four musicians who had assembled for the Memorial Service for their friend". There is a picture of a black child on the front cover. A picture of Mongezi Feza holding his trumpet is on the second page and a picture of the early Blue Notes is on the third page. A portrait of the 4 musicians who recorded this LP are on the back cover. From left to right and top to bottom, we can see, Dudu Pukwana playing saxophone, Chris McGregor, Louis Moholo and Johnny Dyani.
