Description: Bowl of 43 Cyrtanthus sanguineus blooms. A second blossoming of other bulbs in the bowl shortly after yielded 30 flowers. In the subsequent 1995 year the same bulbs yielded 82 flowers at one session with none to follow that year. This display had begun with a single bulb presented to Miss Vanderplank from a farm in the Albany district.
